102nd ISSUE I thought I would share with you what I do for diet

I thought I would share with you what I do for diet now and HOW TO DO IT

Eat Oranges ( around 190g) using the whole fruit including peel

Fruit

Vegetables

Broccoli onions beetroot etc

The fruit the whole fruit and nothing but the fruit

HOW TO DO IT

Be careful about certain fruits eg apple pear the pips are toxic and will give you the hiccups remove cores stems and pips as normal

Watch out for eg passion fruit the skins are toxic as are skin of pipped avocado

Remember around 800 g of fruit / veg per day is all you need

Eat half this amount in order to lose weight

I personally have a blended fruit with equal part in the morning And make up a litre jar of three ( 3) veg eg Carrot onion beetroot Or Broccoli onion avocado whatever you have with meat but three veg instead Whatever's to hand

Meat / fish once a week as normal or you can go totally vegan, to have at lunchtime

Then a blended fruit with equal part water in the afternoon

But remember to clean yourself out on the inside with one whole orange with the peel on every day

The digestion process begins in the mouth ( You don't even need to cook - If you do need to cook just 4 minutes in a cup portion in the microwave) And blending helps perfectly digest everything you eat I originally bought my blender for just this purpose

Oh and remember to drink that glass of water every hour on the hour every waking hour
