A Litre of body fat is almost the same energy as a litre of fuel ( LPG petrol diesel)
Easier for a big man hauling 120kg of weight around ( 40kg of which is mostly fat) to lose weight especially moving uphill
1 litre of fat weighs approx 1kg - look on your excess weight as a fuel tank
Just like your car engine You can burn off 1 litre ( of fat) in 1 day no problem

Mysteriously our corrupt and incompetent politicians are shunning the more effective AstraZeneca vaccine ( manufactured in Australia) for the big pharma 'pfizer' 'moderna' such that AstraZeneca can only be given away to our neighbours in the Phillipines and Indonesia

Just imagine how much more money is being funnelled away by the pharmaceutical goods administration on the thousands of other drugs being 'administered' by them
